L+T’s fall wedding last week at the @rivercafeyyc

L+T’s fall wedding last week at the @rivercafeyyc was absolutely perfect. It all came together like magic. The day was sunny and warm and the autumn colours were in full bloom. After capturing both sides getting ready we headed over to Reader Rock Garden for their first look, private vows (always LOVE when couples do private vows), and portraits.

Their ceremony and reception at the River Cafe were both so beautiful. Many happy tears throughout the day and night ♥ After a delicious dinner the party started with an amazing kick off to the dance floor, including a planned 1.5 minute mini mosh pit. A pretty epic 1.5 minutes haha All around an incredible day! Congrats L+T!

I suppose I should post a photo of myself on here

I suppose I should post a photo of myself on here at least once a year, so here’s my annual photo haha It has been a beautifully wild year. My busiest season ever in nearly 10 years of this business! I have absolutely adored capturing so many memories this season for so many beautiful humans. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to every single one of you who has trusted me to capture your special moments. I love this job so much and am so very grateful to be able to share in such incredible adventures and moments with my clients.

I still do a little happy dance every time someone books with me, and it will forever make my day and make me slightly tear up a bit with happy tears when a client tells me they had a really beautiful experience working together. I love the human connections I get to make through this business, because it really is about so much more to me than just showing up with a camera and snapping some pics. I genuinely enjoy getting to connect with my clients and getting to know them, and I look forward to each and every session and wedding.

So thank you, sincerely, for being here and supporting this little business of mine. It really does mean the world and I appreciate you so very much ♡

Looking forward to these last few weeks of busy season ahead before things wind down for the winter!

(PS thank you so much to @tesslucasphoto for taking this photo on our hike the other week!)

Congrats B+R! These two tied the knot last week in a beautiful celebration at @rockingrguestranch surrounded by such an awesome group of people ♥ So many laughs with this bunch, and the speeches during reception were an absolute hoot too. What an awesome day!!

A+K’s intimate wedding at Emerald Lake Lodge ♡ The

A+K’s intimate wedding at Emerald Lake Lodge ♡ The colours of Emerald Lake were shining beautifully on this sunny September afternoon. The day was super chill and we started off with some photos of A+K getting ready together in their room followed by an intimate ceremony overlooking the lake. Then we captured some fun wedding portraits all around the lakeshore to celebrate before A+K headed back to the lodge to hang out with their guests. Congrats you two and thank you for letting me capture this beautiful afternoon!

This was such a special moment getting to capture

This was such a special moment getting to capture maternity photos for one of my high school friends ♥ C+N booked a sunrise maternity session during my visit to Toronto last month and we had the most perfect and peaceful sunrise for their photos along the lakeshore. Can’t wait to meet their new little addition!

What a special moment this was getting to see this

What a special moment this was getting to see this bunch again and capture extended family photos for the whole crew ♥ I’ve had the pleasure of capturing memories for members of this family through engagements, weddings, maternity, and newborn shoots, and it was now so beautiful getting to shoot with the whole extended fam on the most magical of golden mid summer evenings ♥
