Cassy & Phil
Last summer Cassy and Phil had gotten engaged at the top of Inglis Falls so it was super cool getting to shoot their engagement photos there this year! We pretty much spent the whole time hiking around the beautiful area and taking pics along the way. These two knew all the best spots for photos and they were also mega fun to shoot with – I loved how they were down to hike to the coolest spots, including the top of the waterfall!
We started off their engagement photos in the forests surrounding Inglis Falls. It was the perfect time of day too because the sun was starting to set and we captured some of that gorgeous golden light. Cassy and Phil then led the way down to the river where we carefully made our way upstream towards the falls. Doing a shoot right at the base of a waterfall is something that’s been on my bucket list forever, so I was majorly giddy getting to finally check it off! And with the coolest couple too, couldn’t have asked for a better moment.
Afterwards we climbed back up through the forest to reach the very top of the falls, which is the exact spot where Phil popped the question to Cassy last year. The sunset was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen and we caught it at the best moment. This evening was epic and I’m sure Cassy and Phil’s wedding next summer will be just as incredible!
